2. Can I get a Dedicated IP address?
Dedicated IP addresses are included with the Turbo Hosting Package, Express Hosting Clients can add a Dedicated IP Address for an additional $5/month
3. What DNS Servers should I point my Domain Name to?
The primary DNS servers which you should point your domain to are:
ns57.1and1.com
ns58.1and1.com

4. How do I access webmail?
You can access webmail by pointing your browser to http://webmail."Your Domain".
IE: http://webmail.dreamwire.net.
5. Does Dreamwire.net offer SSH Shell access?
Shell Access is not allowed for any of our users by default, but may be enabled on a case by case basis. Please contact support using the form provided on the support page to make a shell access request (an additional fee may apply).
6. How do I access my plesk control panel?
Simply point your browser to http://hostdw.com:8443 to access your control panel.
7. How do I track my website visits?
Dreamwire.net's Turbo-Charged Hosting Products come equipped with Webalizer visitor tracking analytics. It can be accessed by visiting http://www.yourdomain/plesk-stat/webstat/. We also recommend the installation of 3rd party tracking software like Google Analytics for more comprehensive and interactive visitor reporting.
